Who Can Apply for State-Funded Studies?

If you’re considering studying at Vilnius University, you may be eligible for a state-funded study place if you belong to one of these groups:

• Students from EU/EFTA countries
• Individuals of Lithuanian origin
• Lithuanian nationals (also living abroad)
  
   

How to Apply?

• Students applying for undergraduate (Bachelor’s) or integrated programmes must follow the official admission process through the Lithuanian Higher Institutions Association for Organizing Joint Admission (LAMA BPO). Find all of the admission steps here.

• Applications to Master’s Studies EU/EFTA students are welcome directly at apply.vu.lt. Applicants should indicate that they are applying for state-funded studies.
